1. Digital Asset and Voucher Transactions

• Once a gift card or digital voucher code has been submitted, verified, and successfully redeemed by our processing desk, the transaction is considered completed and cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Payouts sent to verified digital accounts (such as Binance Pay UID or designated wallet addresses provided by the user) are final and irreversible on the network.

2. Invalid, Used, or Duplicate Submissions

• If a submitted card code is found to be invalid, zero balance, already redeemed, or region-locked, the transaction will be canceled. No payout or compensation will be issued for invalid codes.
• Users will be notified of any failed card redemptions along with verification logs or error details.

3. Incorrect Payout Details

Users are strictly responsible for confirming the accuracy of their payment destination (e.g., Binance Pay ID, phone number, or crypto address). If an incorrect address is provided by the customer and funds are successfully dispatched, gcbuysell.com cannot retrieve the funds, and no refund will be available.

4. System Errors & Chargebacks

In the rare event of a technical overpayment, double deduction, or system failure originating from our end, our team will review the transaction logs and issue an appropriate adjustment or refund within 24 to 48 business hours.
