We provide peer-to-peer facilitation, digital gift card balance verification, and exchange settlement services via secure payout channels (including Binance Pay / USDT and other agreed-upon digital methods).

2. Card Legitimacy & Verification

• Users must be the rightful owner of the digital cards, codes, or vouchers submitted for trade.
• We reserve the right to verify the validity, origin, and balance of any gift card before approving a payout.
• Submitting already redeemed, fake, duplicate, or stolen cards is strictly prohibited and will lead to an immediate ban and forfeiture of pending balances.

3. Rates and Payout Settlements

• Exchange rates are dynamic and subject to prevailing market conditions. The locked rate at the time of trade confirmation will be honored.
• Payouts are released once the card or voucher code has been successfully verified and redeemed by our desk.
• Users are solely responsible for providing correct payout addresses or IDs (e.g., Binance Pay ID, UID, or wallet addresses). We are not liable for funds sent to incorrect user-provided addresses.

4. Limitation of Liability

gcbuysell.com shall not be held liable for third-party network delays, exchange platform downtime, or regional regulatory changes impacting digital assets.

5. Termination & Dispute Resolution

We reserve the right to decline or suspend any transaction suspected of money laundering, fraud, or violation of applicable regulations.
